Mission Work

In Matthew 25, Jesus says that whenever we feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick and imprisoned, we are in fact doing those things for him. And in Isaiah 58:10, it says to “feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.” At First Baptist, we take seriously this command to care for the needs of others, and our involvement in missions is central to our life as a church.
