Church Staff Members

Rev. Rob White Senior Pastor	Pastor Rob has been on staff since January of 2009, previously serving two churches in Toledo. He was born and raised in Iowa, and is a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan. He and Cindy have been married for 15 years, and have two children, Ben and Abby. In addition to watching his beloved Hawkeyes, Rob also enjoys reading Stephen King and Dean Koontz, eating Mexican and Chinese food, and jamming to 80’s rock music. Email
Pastor Cindy has also been on staff at First Baptist since early 2009, after serving a number of American Baptist congregations in the Toledo area. Most recently Cindy served for nine years as one the pastors at Ashland Church in Toledo. Though Cindy tolerates Rob’s obsession with the Hawkeyes, she prefers stamping, reading great books, baking, and crushing opponents at cards or board games. Email	Rev. Cindy White Associate Pastor
Donna Price Church Secretary	Donna has been with First Baptist Church for 18 years. She was born in New Jersey and moved to Ohio in 1971. She has been married to her husband David for 33 years, and they have two daughters, Genelle and Heather, and six grandchildren. Her hobbies include boating on Lake Erie, traveling, and spending time with her family and helping with her grandchildren. Email

Ed Zickafoose Director of Music	As the director of music, Ed coaches the praise band and singers, and direct the men's ensemble and sanctuary choir. If there's any time left over, he accompanies the hymns and provides guitar, piano, and organ music for worship, weddings and funerals. Ed has been a church member, choir member, and musician at First Baptist since the age of 19. He’s taught music in area schools for 25 years, and for the last 18 years, he was a piano and guitar instructor at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. Ed is excited and pleased with the new energy brought to the church by our new leadership and he’s looking forward to wonderful changes and the resulting growth in all areas.
John has worked at First Baptist for over 6 years. He has been married to his wife Tammy for 25 years, and they have two sons – Matthew and Christopher. John also works for the Lima City Schools, and his wife works for DTR Industries in Bluffton. They like to go fishing when they have free time, and enjoy traveling in the mountains. Cheryl has directed the day care center at First Baptist since 1996. She is married to Kirk and they have three children, Kaitlyn, Sydney, and Jakob. Cheryl is a big fan of Ohio State and Kasey Kahne (NASCAR). She enjoys camping, boating, scrap-booking, good movies, spending time with family and friends, and watching her kids' sports.
